Your Itinerary
We’ve carefully planned the experience to create an amazing trip for the group, but please keep in mind that all plans, activities, venues and timings are subject to change where necessary.
Changes may occur due to weather, availability, local circumstances, operational changes or other circumstances outside of our control. If something needs to change, we’ll always aim to provide a suitable alternative and keep the group informed.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is due at the time of booking.
If you cancel more than 90 days before the trip start date, you can receive a partial refund of your payment minus a €100 non-refundable booking fee per guest.
For cancellations made 90 days or less before the trip start date, payments are non-refundable. However, you may request credit toward one future Aria trip if you notify us at least 45 days before your trip’s start date.
Trip Credit
Credit must be requested within the 45-day cancellation window. Requests made less than 45 days before the trip start date are not eligible for credit.
Approved credit is valid for 12 months from your original trip date and is equal to the amount you paid.
If your future trip costs more, you’ll pay the difference. Credit can only be applied to one future trip. Any unused balance is forfeited and does not carry forward again.
Transferring Your Spot
Credit is the default option if you’re unable to attend.
Transferring your spot to a friend is only possible with Aria’s approval and is not guaranteed, as we carefully curate each group to maintain the experience for everyone.
