How We Live

We’ll be staying together in a beautiful boutique hotel near the best spots of Tulum.

You can choose between a shared room for a more immersive, social experience or a private room if you’d prefer extra space and privacy during your stay.

Aria is designed as a shared-living experience. The natural rhythm of the week is communal - living together, moving together, and connecting through shared space.

Shared Room - €1,995

The shared room is the foundation of the Aria experience.
A thoughtfully arranged hotel room shared with another guest, offering comfort, ease, and the feeling of truly living the week together.



Shared Room in Suite - €2,150

A shared hotel room within one of the two suite apartments within the hotel that comes with your own kitchen, balcony and living room. The communal spaces are shared with those living in the same hotel apartment.

For those who prefer additional privacy, a limited number of upgrades are available:


Private Suite - €2,450

Your own private bedroom, offering extra space and quiet while still fully participating in the shared experience.

Private Suite in Two Suite Apartment - €2650
- incl. living room, kitchen and balcony

Your own room in one of the two suite apartments in the hotel, offering extra space and quiet while sharing your own kitchen, living room and balcony. The communal spaces are shared with those living in the same apartment.

Room options are selected during the application process and assigned based on availability.

If approved, you’ll receive a private payment link to secure your place in full. Your spot is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

How It Works

  • You can apply to join the experience by filling out the short form above.

  • Once approved - sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. Once approved your spot in the trip experience is confirmed.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know - detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
