Become an Official Aria City Partner

Aria is growing quickly, and we’re building the team that will help us expand the community into cities all around the world.

We’ve only been active for around nine months, and we’re already struggling to keep up with the demand. Our goal is to establish Aria in at least 15 cities next year, and we’re looking for the right people to help us build that growth.

We are onboarding a small number of City Partners we believe will be a great fit.

We would love for you to be part of it.

What is an Aria City Partner?

An Aria City Partner is someone who helps us build and strengthen the Aria community on the ground.

This is not about you becoming an event planner or running everything behind the scenes.

Your role is simple - Aria handles the infrastructure. We build the community together.

- Bring in the right people

Help us introduce Aria to new people and strengthen the community in your city.

- Be part of the events

Be present when possible to welcome guests, host and help create a great experience.

- Create content

Help us capture the events and community through content that helps Aria - and your own platforms grow.

The more you want to contribute beyond that, the greater the opportunities available to you.

You Won’t Build This Alone

We are building this together.

Aria provides the brand, infrastructure and support behind the events, including:

  • Event planning and production

  • Venue coordination

  • Event pages and ticketing

  • Marketing materials

  • Outreach support

  • Access to existing community members

  • Guidance on how to acquire new guests

  • Strategies for growing your city

  • Event and content concepts

  • Ongoing support from the Aria team

You are not expected to figure everything out yourself.

We will work together, support each other and continuously develop the best ways to grow the community.

How You Earn

Your earning potential grows with the community you build.

Guests you personally refer

You receive:

  • $15 per new guest for your first 20 referred guests

  • $17 per new guest from 20+ guests

  • $18 per new guest from guest 41 and above

You will have your own personal referral code to track your guests.

Build your team

You can also recommend potential Aria Curators.

If someone you recommend is accepted as an Aria Curator, you will earn:

$5 for every guest they successfully refer to Aria events &
$100 for every guest they successfully refer to Aria trips.

There is no limit to how many Curators you can recommend.

Refer guests to Aria trips

For every new confirmed guest you refer to an Aria trip, you receive:

$200 per guest.

This applies to Aria trips going forward while you remain an active Aria City Partner.

Additional bonuses

There will also be additional rewards and bonuses for our best performing cities and City Partners.

These may include special opportunities, free trip invitations, special networking events, cash bonuses and other rewards.

Grow Your Platform With Us

Content creation is an important part of Aria’s growth and we want our City Partners to benefit from that growth too.

You will receive guidance and direction from our team on creating content for:

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • YouTube

This can include:

  • Content direction and ideas

  • Guidance on what is likely to perform well

  • Collaborative posts

  • Features across Aria and associated platforms

  • Mentions and reposts to increase organic reach

  • Opportunities to be featured in Aria content

For selected event videos, Aria can also provide support with all editing, thumbnails and publishing on the YouTube channel used for Aria content.

You won’t be left alone trying to figure out a content strategy. We’ll build it together.

Opportunities Beyond Your City

There is no fixed ceiling to this role.

As Aria grows, strong City Partners will have opportunities to:

  • Help launch new cities

  • Bring guests and Curators into Aria events and trips anywhere in the world

  • Earn from the communities they help build

  • Take on higher-level management roles

  • Help manage other City Partners

  • Support Aria trips

  • Be selected to host and help arrange international events

This could include events around major moments such as:

Paris/ London Fashion Weeks, Formula 1 in Monaco, Pride events and other international experiences.

High-performing partners will also receive opportunities to attend and help build Aria’s presence at exclusive networking events and alongside high-level individuals around the world.

Grow With Aria

We are looking for people who genuinely want to build something with us.

This is not a situation where you are simply working for us and completing tasks.

We’re building together.

Aria provides the infrastructure, support and platform. You bring your local presence, relationships, ideas and strengths.

The people who help build Aria successfully will be considered first as the company continues to grow.

There is no expectation that everything happens overnight. We want to support people and give them time to build.

However, Aria is growing quickly, and we want people who are actively contributing to that growth.

Consistent effort, communication and contribution matter.

The more you build with us, the more opportunities there will be to grow with Aria.

A Flexible Opportunity With Major Upside

This role is designed to be flexible.

You don’t need to spend every day working on Aria to be part of it. Even a few hours per week can be more than enough to contribute meaningfully while building an additional income stream.

At the same time, the more time, energy and creativity you choose to put into growing your community, the greater your potential opportunities become.

The goal is to build something where everyone benefits from the growth they help create.

We’re building something that can grow far beyond individual events.

The goal is to build strong communities around the world, with consistent events, real friendships and thousands of people coming through Aria experiences every month.

Community growth compounds.

The people you bring in today can become part of something that continues growing tomorrow.

And as we expand into more cities, build larger events and create more international experiences, the opportunities available to the people who helped us build it from the beginning will grow too.
